Clean rooms, helpful staff, spacious rooms and very good wi fi internet.location is a little bit far from city center but very easy to get city center with metro.
The only neg point is lack of lift in the building although the staff take the luggages to the rooms.

The inner courtyard and the interior design is very nice, and the location near to Schönbrunn and metro station is also positive. We were allowed to have a later check-out!
This well designed hotel with nice interior would need more care from the staff: - we could not have a breakfast at 7am although we were told the day before, that the breakfast starts at 7, which was quite a problem before the Vienna Marathon; - the indoor restaurant was not cleaned up from 8am until 3pm; - we could not watch a soccer match neither in the room nor in the lobby, because there was no chanel which broadcasted it, despite the informations what we received via e-mail from the hotel before the stay

The owner was warm and welcoming, and the location is convenient to the Meidling Train Station, a 15 minute bus ride away from the city center. Breakfast was great, even with freshly squeezed orange juice!

Great Location: The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Vienna, just a short walk away from Schönbrunn Palace Gardens and the Vienna Zoo. It's like staying in a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city.
Limited Bathroom Amenities: While the hotel provides soaps and shampoos, there is no separate conditioner or lotion available. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth noting if you have specific preferences.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The main bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is not far from the underground station, train station, and Schondrunn palace. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
For us, this hotel was ideal.

I had an unpleasant feeling staying at the hotel, despite the fact the hosts seemed at first to be nice. The breakfast was poor, the bathroom had a large window with no curtain and there were other problems too (I don’t intend to mention all of them). But the worst part was that my feelings proved right, as I have found out pretty soon that the hosts are just liars who tell you one thing and then don’t recognize it or don’t respect it. So I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody, if you want to have a pleasant stay in Wien.

I recently stayed at Hotel Parco Di Schonbrunn and had a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering excellent value for the price. The neighborhood was quiet, making for a peaceful stay. I especially appreciated the availability of vegetarian breakfast options like cereal and fruit. It would be great to have soya milk for lactose intolerant or vegan guests. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, only a short taxi ride away. Also, the staff was helpful and accommodating, providing useful information and assistance throughout our stay.
I do recommend this hotel.
